Great place to have a relaxing meal. Service was great and so was the food. We loved the area they chose to seat us in. Thanks Linger Lidge for making our lunchtime special after our visit with the Lippizanner stallions.
Love this "Old Florida" place with natural vegetation, on the river, featuring a resident gator. I avoid the "road kill" menu item but enjoy many other tasty dishes. Management and staff are friendly and helpful.
Had a great lunch. Everyone in our group loved the food and old FL ambience.

The waitress forgot parts of our lunch we ordered and we didn't realize it till we got the bill which by then I couldn't eat anymore. The burger tasted and looked like it was previously frozen. We had to remind her about the dessert that comes with the kids meals also after she brought the bill. Charged me for my daughters drink even though it's supposed to be included in the kids meal price. For the prices they charge we were very disappointed. We stopped in for a margarita, stayed for the Frog Legs and Alligator Chowder. Our server was fast and friendly and the food was good. Loved the experience.
Food was average ,frog legs were under cooked and greasiest for being grilled atmosphere is worth the trip unbelievable decor you should see the place at least once drinks were reasonably priced .
Well, I went for an alligator steak. They show an alligator steak on their website as well as on the menu in the restaurant. The waitress even asked me if I wanted it seared, fried or grilled. I asked for grilled. 15 minutes later the cook brings me a plate of alligator bits, with cole slaw and mashed potatoes, no steak. I told him I was expecting alligator steak. Food was very bad. Had the Linger BLT. One fried tomato slice and one piece of bacon. Very bad. Took 20 minutes to get our check cashed out. Place needs help.
