Joshua Pidek and Blake worked with us to get the car I really wanted. They respected the price range we wanted to stay in and really delivered to get me in the car I wanted! Honestly, I would recommended anyone looking for a Volkswagen certified or new to visit Lindsay Volkswagen! Thanks for the GLI guys :) Oh Larry, in the finance department, worked some magic and got us a lower apr % rate then we had with the pre approval check!
Very bad experience here. Clint wasted my time, and told me to leave the showroom and that he didn't need my business. I did just that went to to Sheehy, where I was offered much better service and price.
Stay away!! Good Reviews are coming from upper management. I've seen employees writing there own reviews! Poor undertrained management staff here. Go Elsewhere.
Best Volkswagen dealership around Northern Virginia area! Great service and nice inventory of 2016 GTI to choose from. Unbelievable professionalism from Simon Chu (Sales), Jerry Holloway (General Manager) and entire staff. Simon was helpful and finding the right 2016 GTI for me. I will buy my next car there again for sure and definitely recommend Lindsay Volkswagen to family and friends looking for a new car. Loving my NEW 2016 Red GTI!
Though my buying experience at Volkwagon was pleasant, there after I have to say that this is the worst experience with a car that I have ever had. Customer service and warranties mean absolutely nothing. I am so beyond disgusted with the whole situation over my 2016 VW Jetta I am not only speaking to an attorney but it is the last time I ever buy a VW.
