I just moved from NC to VA and decided to go to Lindsay VW because they had great reviews and were able to do an inspection and emissions test. The areas were clean, the staff was excellent, there was a coke and Starbucks machine for customers, cubicles for if you need to work while you wait, and multiple sitting areas. I was a walk-in customer and only waited 45 minutes for both tests. If you're wondering, I will be going back! Loved this place!
Drove down from MD to see a used BMW they had advertised. Worked with Joshua Jay and Blake. I couldn't be more thrilled with the exceptional service they provided. In the future when I am looking for a vehicle I will be sure contact them first. Highly recommend.
This is the sixth or seventh car I've purchased from Lindsay, and the second purchased from Alfonso Monteverde. He is a very through and thoughtful salesman - very good in dealing with both my daughter (with whom I bought a used Jetta) this month, and with me! Bought a golf r from Lindsay, great customer service, they worked really hard for me. Raj Mishra was the best. Rebecca and Brian Thomas in finance were excellent too. Very upfront pricing and no tricks when time to close the deal. Will definitely work with them again.
We bought a brand new Jetta from Lindsay Volkswagen, but we actually never placed foot on the dealership lot. None of this proved to be a problem for our salesman Alfonso. He worked us an unbelievable deal on the Jetta and took us step by step in purchasing the Jetta from over 250 miles away. I had never bought a car long distance before, and have never purchased a vehicle from out of state as well; but Alfonso made it simple. The selection at the dealership was excellent and the price was even better.
I bought 2 cars from this dealership- a Passat and a Jetta. I am happy with the cars but even more pleased with the service! Alfonso Monteverde helped me and he was fantastic. I felt that he was acting in the best interest of my family. He was also conscious of my time and was working hard and efficiently so no time was wasted. I am now a lifelong client if this dealership!
They always do right by me! Service people are helpful and friendly. They offer coffee, sodas and snacks while you wait in the waiting area. Makes the bottom line a little easier to swallow. �
