My experience was terrible!! I would not recommend this place to anyone. They tell you one thing through email, telling you that the deal you want is doable, then you drive almost 2 hours, thinking you're going to trade in your old car, for the one you really want, only for them to say they can't do the deal on the car you want, but they can get you in a new car, but higher payments, and not even the right make and it's an SUV which you specifically told them you didn't like, you were told you could get the 2019 Chevy Cruze,... read more

Exchanged information with dealer on condition of a 2021 Atlas. The dealership assured us no damage, only a faint scratch in the bumper. After a 2.5 hour drive, we found the vehicle to be in rough shape. All four wheels were scratched up, front bumper had large scratches that were touched up, and right rear door was damaged (three dings and metal pushed in). Went up 9800 on out of door price and didn't want to give me a purchase order because I already have my own financing... This dealership is trash...
Wasted my time. Spent forever debating with the manager. Trade value offered was outside the low end of KBB and less than what the car would get at auction. Tried to pretend the tax savings were an extra bonus gift like that’s not the only reason people trade cars instead of selling outright.

I saw a car advertised for $14.5K+$800 in fees. I called to verify, and they told me yes; I made an appointment an drove 96 miles to see it. Great attention, the car was exactly as described, and we sit down to see the price, $25k. I told them "I will pay for the advertised price, the advertised fees and the legal taxes, and then we can discuss warranty". After several times they still wanted $980 for work done to get it ready for sale, 2x the fees, 2x the legal taxes and a $999 protection of the LCD screen. The explanation ... read more
Went to see the car and after all the add ons car went from 33k to 40k. I asked them to remove all the extra fees. Still the price was around 37k. There was a “extra service fee” of $1300 plus $899 in dealers fee. When I asked what was the extra service fee I received and awkward response from the sales person. When I figured out we were not reaching an agreement and stood up to leave when the sales manager came to meet me.
