Bought a Golf here using our TDI buyback money. Great experience on the sales side. Decided to spring for a set of optional wheels from the VW catalog and the parts and service departments were both great too. It's nice when the service guys are car buffs too and you feel like they care. That's what this place is like. Worth the trip from MD. I want to mention Bob Derby in sales, Marco in service, and Brian in parts for making my experience a great one.
I recently had the pleasure of shopping for a new (used) car at Lindsay VW and their service was amazing. Went in with no appointment with a blown front tire. Had me out if there with a new tire and alignment in less than two hours. Had called a closer Volkswagen dealer was told it could be days and that they didn't have a loaner car. Very impressed with Lindsay Volkswagen. Highly recommend them.
This by far was the best car buying experience I've ever witnessed! As soon as we arrived to the place, Roger the salesman was there waiting on us and gave us GREAT service. Just bought at fabulous new Golf Sportwagen from Raj Mishra! We drove all the way from Baltimore bc we were assured an honest great deal and Raj totally delivered. He stayed late, was super helpful, kind, honest and got us exactly what we wanted at the best possible price.
