Third time buyer with Lindsay VW, and first time with Alphonso Monteverde, who made the purchase of my 2018 Tiguan a great experience. He is very friendly and was very patient with me, especially when my schedule didn't allow me to visit until close to the end of the day. In my opinion he went above and beyond, and I would definitely recommend going to see him at Lindsay to anyone!

The best VW dealership in the country. Peter Hermann is beyond excellent. Straight to the point and the best in customer service. This dealership cares about their customers and will go above and beyond reasonable to make sure that issues with their cars are fixed ... no matter what! We were on the search for a 2018 Atlas for many months. We did lots of research and noticed Lindsay had the largest selection of them. So we made the hour drive from Fort Meade to look at a few we found online. Simon was great. He was patient, knowledgeable and did try to get us into the car we wanted which so happen to have a stop sale on it. We walked out that day without the car we wanted. Needed a replacement for a 2000 Passat SW. Had talked to another dealer and was not pleased with attitude etc. Walked into Lindsay and was immediately paired up with Anoop (Al) Singh. I was totally impressed with his attitude and knowledge !!! NO HARD SELL at all ! He answered all my questions and was very understanding as I needed to bring my wife in to look also.
