Response during the day is great. Went there one night after work and walked in. Not too busy. Wasn’t sure where to go. So I left the showroom and went to see the car myself. I wasn’t approached inside or out. I left.
This was a clear bait & switch. The Camry was advertised as an XLE with features we were looking for like remote start, heated seats, etc. I talked with the sales rep several times and he confirmed all of this and we agreed on a price. I then drove the 2+ hours to this dealership to complete the transaction and they show me a base-level Camry SE that doesn't have any of the features that was advertised. Reached out to dealership and made an offer to purchase vehicle about $2000 under the asking price. Sales guy Henry was pretty great but told me had to talk to used car manager to see if they would accept the offer. Used car manager called me back and gave me a long story on how car was priced appropriately for the market and could not accept my offer.
