I was exceptionally disappointed by my experience at Larry H Miller VW. I was interested in seeing a car listed on CarGurus, I contacted the dealership and the salesman (whom I won’t name), set the time for me to view the car and assured me it would be ready for me at the time that HE CHOSE. It took me an hour to travel to the dealership. Can't say enough about the fantastic experience my wife and I had working with Derek Welch and Mark. If you are like me, going to buy a car from a dealer was, in the past, like going to the dentist to have a root canal without any anesthesia, and even that was more preferred than trying to buy a car.
