Lincoln Square Pancake House never disappoints. The staff is always friendly, attentive and helpful from the moment you are greeted at the door to leaving full with a full belly and a coffee to go. The food is delicious and consistent, but it’s the staff like Jessica that brings me back for more.
I really loved the omelet and orange juice I order for breakfast. The waiters are friendly. Reasonable prices.
My family has been going here for years but today we were so disappointed and disgusted by the actions. We had ordered pick up and went to get - upon checking my receipt there was a 20% gratuity that was added with out my knowledge for a pick up order to a bill of $30. When I called and asked I was hung up on. Then I went back inside to see what had happened. I’m sorry about the miscommunication. The servers always ask if they would like to include gratuity. It is standard practice at our location. Nobody has ever put a tip on without asking in the months covid has started and that’s why we haven't had any complaints. Maybe they misunderstood, they didn't hear correctly? Our waiter was amazing, everyone was so nice and polite. We just moved here from CA and have been trying new spots and this one is the best so far!
The Entire farm breakfast was the best and our waiter Louis was excellent!!!
