We came here for an afternoon tea and had such a lovely experience. We had bought a Wowcher for my husband's birthday. When seated in the dining area there was a small confusion with what we'd booked, however it was sorted with extreme professionalism and fixed very quickly. We got one afternoon tea and one gentleman's afternoon tea. Fabulous Afternoon Tea! We was looked after Farduha (sorry definitely misspelt your name) she was amazing and very accommodating throught the afternoon. Wonderful service 10/10 The afternoon tea was so good!! Everything tasted so fresh and delicious. My friend had the gluten free option which she throughly enjoyed. The hotel is unique, beautifully decorated. Will definitely be back.
