We booked the room under my partner’s name and modified the booking to add my name as a guest. Partner was sick and unable to be present. As such, l modified the guest name but there were some issues of communication between the booking platform and the hotel. However, after talking to the manager, I was able to resolve the matter and he explained to me the situation. very very unique place! In all honesty no words can describe how wonderfully unique this place really is! Can't recommend enough not only visiting, also learning the story and how the owner's started manifesting this gem
