Shocking service and disappointing rooms for the price. Stayed here for the London portion of our babymoon. While the location is excellent, I have never had worse service or quality of room in a hotel, particularly at this price point. A super cozy hotel, had a nice time here, the room was comfortable and clean, its colors were truly inspiring so I took lots of photos 🤭 It's situated in a very nice neighbourhood, make sure to try their breakfast or brunch at The Buttery, it's delicious.
When we arrived it was about 5pm, we unpacked and got into bed. In the middle of the night he got up and told me he had crumbs in his bed- i told him to go back to sleep, that was a bad idea... When we got up I noticed he kept scratching himself on his legs, chest, and neck, I asked him if he was alright-he said he had bug bites on him, I asked him to take off his shirt, he had hundreds of bites all over him. Si vous êtes un pokemon de moins d'1 être cette maison de poupée et faite pour vous ! J'espère également que la chaleur ne vous fait pas peur car sans climatisation ! Que dire du sublime escalier sans ascenseur et ou l'acceuil ne vous propose meme pas de porter vos bagages ! 4 étoiles apparemment...jamais vu ca , a ne pas découvrir !
