Lily’s is the best nail spot I have found in London. I have been going for 3 years and I am always happy with my nails. The staff alter the services to your needs, I have very sensitive skin and I am very particular on how I like my nails, the staff listens to what you want, check in mid process and give recommendations if needed. They always take good care of me and make sure I’m comfortable. Their banter is also unmatched!

I went in for the first time, I asked for Shellac mani and pedi. The final job looked ok, I don't mind not talking to the operator while he's working. Fast-forward a month later when I go somewhere else to remove them, it turns out they didn't use Shellac and I had to have my nails scratched away! i now have thin and weak nails! They also told me that if I paid by card, they'd charge me more.
