Ive been here for a while but today was an awful experience. Today I was with this gentleman and he was pulling my arm about everywhere. While filling my extensions he cut my finger and just wiped my blood and just carried on. I experience with blackouts [a disability] and I had a little one and he just kept on pulling my arms about and giving me dirty looks. I felt so uncomfortable I started to cry and had to call my partner.

Too quick, too rough and not enough attention to detail. Just had infills done at my usual salon in london. Horrified at the water seepage underneath and the thickness of the acrylic! Won't be back now, definitely!

I always loved visiting this nail salon to have my nails done. The colours and glitter are always so beautiful. However, during my last visit I didn’t feel so good after leaving this salon. I know they always get really busy, but I think that hygiene and customer comfort should always be a priority. When I got home, I had several cuts on my fingers, one which is really sore and might be infected.
