I used Lilly’s nails on and off over the last few years some times good nails sometimes clean sometimes not. But the last time I used Lilly I didn't have the heart to tell her. witch is my fault but they were thick ugly and the biggest gap left between my nail bed and new nails. Also the nail varnish was full of bits so had a few dimples n marks on nails. When I went to another nail company they could not believe how bad they were. Lazy. He said. . Just popped in yesterday to get my nails painted. The man was very welcoming listened to what exactly I wanted and did a great job. Thank you I will be back.

Never again!! While having my gel nails done the owner (man) disappears outside to have a cigarette 🚬 Coming back in stinking. Not pleasant at all 🙈 Also the polish started coming off after a week. Then he complains he has no customers. I wonder why🤔 Very unprofessional

In less than a week the gel polish was peeling off. I’ve never had this before, usually gel polish is indestructible in my experience elsewhere. I also didn’t enjoy my experience in house, they clipped my skin several times with their electric file, which was painful and they are abrupt in how they handle your hands, which isn’t pleasant. I will not be returning, nor recommending to my friends and colleagues.
