I made a consultation appointment with Lucy as I’d had a disastrous pixie/crop at a different salon and it needed correcting. I was incredibly anxious as I really didn’t have much hair left to salvage. Lucy listened to my concerns and took on board my anxiety. She slowly explained what we could do there and then and how we could rectify the cut further once it had grown out a little. Lucy has cut my hair for well over 20 years. She is one of the only hairdressers to cope with my short, thick hair. Up to the minute stylist, friendly, personal service. A very bijoux setting but it works and it means prices are not horrendous.
