Edit: I am updating this from 1 star to 2 stars simply because of the way Maj (the owner) reached out quickly and showed good customer service skills to handle the experience. My experience was not good. The woman who did my nails was extremely rough, using the harshest buffer drill on my nails when it wasn’t needed and she caught my skin a few times making me bleed. Definitely wouldn’t recommend! I went for an upper lip wax at Lili London yesterday. I get my upper lip waxed regularly and have for about 7 years so this isn’t new for me and I have been to a lot of these appointments over the years at different places. I wouldn’t go back got s few reasons: 1. The customer service wasn’t great. I booked in for 2.30pm and had a tight schedule to go to a work meeting after.
