Arranged for this charity shop to pick up a sofa & armchair, it was only 3 years old. I sent them pictures first of the condition which was almost perfect except for a tiny tear ( even a close up of this) which they said was fine & would accept. Their delivery men came & decided they wouldn't take it leaving us totally inconvenienced & stressed as a new sofa was being delivered the next day.
