Lift is one of the best places to learn new skills with highly knowledgeable teachers!! The way they create the workout programmes for all the classes is very creative! It helps so much for building strength, mobility and flexibility. I always wanted to learn handstands and I’m almost there within just 3 months of learning it!

This is the best training I have ever experienced in my 50 years of living. Often struggled with aches and pains, but since training here been pain free. All the coaches are so knowledgeable and experienced. The classes are varied and tailored to different skill sets. Fully recommend!

Lift is an exceptional studio, built on sound principles of strength and mobility with benefits that carry over not into just other physical activities, but into daily life. Being physically fit and mobile all my life yet not being able to squat properly in 50 years, I was able to do so within two sessions and three weeks of steady application of movement drills, which is frankly just short of miraculous.
