Had a soft tissue therapy massage from Matt at LifeSport following an injury. He explained clearly what he wanted to achieve from the massage and was very knowledgeable on muscle groups and their interactions. I was able to move around freely after first session and will incorporate regular preventative massage into work program to prevent reoccurrence of injury.
Id like to personally recommend Matt from LifeSport Perform to anyone who is serious about improving there performance. Matt offers the full package. From coaching and training to soft tissue therapy. Matt had seen me now several times now and his attention to detail is great. His communication skills are brilliant and he explains things that are easy to understand I'd highly recommend

My initial assessment and treatment with Matt was very thorough and professional. Matt clearly explained what he was doing throughout and gave me a good understanding of my injury and the required treatment.
