Loved working with Liby. She was able to take an off the rack gown that was about two sizes too big on me and make it fit like a glove. I had tried on my dress about two weeks before my wedding and found it was majorly gapping at the top and the waist needed to come in more. Liby worked up to the day before the wedding to make sure it was perfect and that I felt confident in the gown. Thanks Liby for being an honest professional and for never turning me away.

They listen and follow through with perfection! My husband brought in his Jos. A Bank suit for a hem and also decided to have his jacket sleeves altered. No suit has ever fit him so well! He will look spectacular at our son's wedding this weekend! The price was very reasonable and the staff so welcoming. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

I took in my grandfather's (ca. 1930) lovely wool coat which I traditionally wear to the opera and funerals. The back seam stitching and the lining ripped when I was going to my father's funeral. Repair was beyond my skillset. They repaired it so well that no one will ever know it was ripped. It provided good service and warmth at a funeral this past weekend.
The customer service is outstanding!! I ordered an item online through a third party company that Bloomington Stitchery utilizes. However, there was a delay in recieving the order. I had made contact through email with the company and they were very responsive to all my email and very polite about everything. They kept their word and i recieved my item with in days of when they said they would mail it. It was a plearsure working with them.
