Good experience
Called dealership to ask about pricing and was told someone would call in a half hour or less. No one called. Called them back and got told the same thing. A couple minutes later the receptionist called and tried to price the vehicle out and laughed at a offer I made.
The price of the car after everything thrown on and unexplained fees was about 5 grand more than car. The man who was helping me helped other people while I sat waiting. So no, I will not go here again
Very disappointed. I called and called and called. I even felt bad at one point because I told a lady “I want to give your company a large sum of money, but I have to have someone call me back” (She wasn’t a sales person that could complete pricing numbers). I was told the same as other “higher volume of walk in traffic, so on and so on”. My original geneteman was very nice. He referred me to another person the same day. They lived up to all their negative reviews about not providing a quote and then raising the car cost by $3,000 in fees to be certified! They wouldn't hold the car, even though we lived 4 hrs away, to come buy it. Horrible bait & switch operation. I would never purchase a vehicle from them.
They were very nice, got back with me quickly
Didn’t want to go down on price and told me car was only for sale on market for 2 weeks when in reality it’s been for sale for 2 mos now and the value comes down. Also then asked for other vehicles and never got a call back. Very thirsty wants to sell but doesn’t want to listen to what you have to say nor doesn’t want to wait for me to say yes. Kept rushing me to bring in my down payment. I didn’t want to put one down until we found right car. Not happy with service at this dealer.
Terrible experience called was quoted a price on a vehicle from 2 different people then when i was going to drive 2 hours to buy it i was told by another person that the price was totally different. They were hard to work with i would never deal them again.
They were very responsive to my inquiry and provided the information I was looking for
