They lie to you just to get you in the door. I live an hour away from this dealership. I called about a specific truck before heading out there. They said they have the truck still in stock. I also have a specific monthly budget to follow and was promised on the phone that my budget was doable with the price of that truck. When I got there they said the truck had been sold but wasn't entered into the system as sold. However they offered me similar truck at about the same price. Contacted me several times, I was going to go there, but I had to have my car towed and it was in the dealership for several days, so I never got over there
They have been very good, they have answered all my questions and stayed in contact with us, just have not been able to get up there to see truck.
Terrible experience. My wife and daughter drove almost 2 hours to see this car. They really liked it until the dealer came back with a price of $18,000. After negotiating, they informed us that they conditioned the seats and needed to add a minimum of $1000 to the price.

I purchased a car from this dealer. Minimum pain or dealing involved. BUT...as I was preparing to drive away with my new "used" 2016 Equinox, I noticed there was NO owners manual in the glove box. I requested one as NO car new OR used should leave a dealer w/out a owner manual. Its almost 3 weeks and I am STILL waiting for the promised manual.
Set up time to see a used car salesmen was not there! And the car was not there drove 1 hour 45 minuets one way nice!!!

Price was for in state residents, should state that, so as not wast my time from neighboring state. was ready to buy then tell me that is not good for me and add $10000 to the price. MISLEADING
