Peter Wyman is sadly not management material. If there is one thing management should have is follow through! This particular individual does not have this trait. Liberty Mutual has failed to collect my premium by removing it and instantly putting it back into my account. Interesting the first time but not 2nd, 3rd, or 4th. At first, I thought it was an authorization issue. After verifying this is not the issue. And, no one at Liberty Mutual will take me seriously.
