Avoid this company at all costs, I made the mistake of paying in full and then found out they want to track our driving habits for a discount. So I canceled the policy 3 days later before it started, and getting my full payment back s like pulling teeth. They sent out a cancellation notice right away but it showed they were keeping $65 of my money for no reason, I requested a notice showing a full refund, they said that would take 2 days to send that notice and 2 weeks get the money back. AVOID THIS COMPANY
Horrible company to work with.
Most unresponsive customer service I have ever experienced. Yakeem Jordan has not responded to my emails, phone calls or texts to arrange what he guaranteed in speaking with me would take place. Frustrating. Stay away if you value your time!
Each time I ask for a Liberty Mutual telephone number it sends me to a Newport Richey insurance that is not LM.
