Dealt with Sidd who has exceptional customer service skills, understands the business very well as she was able to answer the questions without any problems and provided good information which helped a lot! Great asset to the team.
Pros -friendly staff who are always smiley and warm to my children -great gym equipment -always parking spaces -food and drink is really good -the crèche and the lady who work there are amazing! Cons -showers often not working or not having warm water -air con not being on in the ladies gym- there is a small fan...the type you have at home from Argos... but when it's 25°+ outside it's fighting a loosing battle. -changing rooms showing signs of being water damaged with some areas looking mouldy and unclean -consistently cold ... read more

Our little family joined at the start of the year and whilst it started off great and we loved it everything went downhill from there Whilst it may look the part there is a lot of maintenence and health and safety issues Admittedly it could have changed by now but in our time there was consistently cold pools including smaller one Broken and dirty jacuzzi, on one occasion had something brown in the bubbles and caused a rash broken shower poolside replaced but still completley unusable and unsafe showers so hot kids nor ourse... read more
