Terrible customer service. Broken equipment. Cold pool. Broken Jacuzzi. The pool has constant issues with the heating, the jacuzzi has been broken for months now too! When reception are asked we’re constantly told either ‘the part is on order’ or ‘the part will be fitted at the end of the week’. Issues take an age to fix and there is no effort to compensate members and the reception staff don’t care. I have been a member of this gym since 2020 and I have to say , I love it here ! I have always been so well treated by the staff. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! This is a special place , and I am glad I found this little gem. It has its own spa, the gym and pool facilities itself are great !the restaurant has some amazing food . A great place to catch up with work , meeting up with friends and getting fit ! Couldn’t be more happy with a leisure center facility ! Love to you all and keep up with the good work !

I had the Luxe Wellness Spa day package and it did not disappoint. The spa itself was quiet and cave themed which I loved. The jacuzzi was a great size and there were lots of beds to relax on. I had the signature touch treatment which included a massage and a facial. My therapist was lovely and had researched products specifically best for my skin type upon reading my form.
