Really disappointed with my £200 Tone and Tranquility Spa Day at Liberty Leisure. The day was disorganised from the start — my PT session wasn’t available, then wasn’t booked when rearranged, and treatments felt rushed. I’ve contacted management several times since 27th September and still haven’t had any response or received the PT session that was included in what I paid for. The staff were kind, but overall it’s been a frustrating experience and not the relaxing treat I’d hoped for.
Why advertise and sell sunbed minutes on a sunbed which has never been serviced and is in dire need of being retubed? Constantly promised it will be sorted but never is. Pisstake
Had the best body massage today with Naomi. She seemed to tune in to the areas which needed more work than others. Would definitely recommend without a doubt. Lovely pampering hour ☺️
Firstly, Scott has been very understanding and accommodating where dates have had to be postponed. Very friendly, helpful and professional. The lady who greeted us on reception today (when we arrived at 9:30) was also very friendly/bubbly. Everything looks clean, nicely decorated and good lighting from the moment you walk into the building.
