Great Service I recently had extensive car repairs done at Lia Hyundai Service Dept. My service advisor was Brain Secord. Brain did an excellent job explaining and updating me every step of the way. Brain took the time to explain what was being done and why- including what my out of pocket costs would be. I would highly recommend Brian if you need any repairs done at this service dept. Thanks again Brian for all your help.
Diagnosed my issue & fixed very quickly I came in at around 3:30pm. James Clark got me in heard what I had to say & helped me get my service light taken care of quickly. Very Pleased
Tuscon Ultimate Salesman Baker was excellent -however whoever was responsible for following up tp locate my vehicle didn't seem to get in gear until I threatened to cancel the sale. Within 2 hours my color choice was located.

150k service Dave Bedian got me set up for the 150k service, as well as a new set of all-season tires, to replace my snow tires. When the original set of replacement tires wasn't in stock, he was able to locally source another set of tires pretty quickly. As always, the service was courteous, and the explanations thorough. Service department My wife noticed some unusual sounds while driving her car. Made a call to Lia's service department and was told to come right in. Dave Bedian stepped up big time to help me, took us in right away. Called me within an hour with the diagnosis and costs. Work was completed in timely manor and we were very pleased with the service.
