For NYS inspection and servicing/recall work Dave Bedian of Lia Hundai of Albany was courteous, very competent, knew his work and got me in and out in good time. I willdefinitely ask for him next time I have to bring my car for servicing. Thank you, Dave!

Service was great Dave Bedian was awesome. I don’t know much about cars except that it doesn’t sound right... Dave explained everything and was true to his word. My car kept deleting the check engine light so it was difficult to pin point the issue. He stated if it comes back on to bring it right back in and it will fix it. The next day 8:30 in the morning I brought it in no questions asked and was fixed in no time.
Oil Change/Tire rotation - worked with Dave Bedian Came in for an oil change and tire rotation, Dave Bedian was super nice and helpful and promised quick service. He delivered even faster than predicted the job would take.
Thank You James Dealt with Service Writer James Clark yesterday. While I wasn't happy that chipmunks built a nest in my vehicle and chewed through some wires, the problem was resolved in 1 1/2 hours. James apologized that work wasn't covered under warranty and gave me some tips for preventing this from happening again. Great job by all at Lia Hyundai!!

Service with David Bedian On Saturday May 11th my service advisor was was David Bedian who provide me with service advice for my vehicle in addition to the oil change. DAvid stated the wait time would be approximately 2 hours, and kept me informed on the service status. I must say he was right on target with the time.
Service with Brian Brian Secord helped with my recall engine replacement and answered all my questions. Engine came in faster than i expected and it was already half done when i got notified back from him. Helpful.
