Excellent service at a moments notice! Unexpected visit-no appointment- because if a warning light signaling a problem w/ my key battery. Edward Kosek took me on the spot, provided new battery and noticed my inspection was due end of the month. Did everything on the spot and had neon the way in no time! Good experience. Thanks, Ed.

Never again After buying 10 cars from this dealership over 12 years I was treated very disrespectfully by an assistant manager during another car purchase. chris the sales person was very good and took my concerns about some previous service issues seriously. I had relayed that these issues were causing me to reconsider purchasing future vehicles but I was willing to give it one more chance. Quick and easy Ed Kosek was the associate who helped me. He listened to my requests and made no attempt to sell me services I did not need. The job was done quickly and at the agreed upon cost. I am a happy customer that has used Lia for 20 years .

Great service My last service visit at lia was tremendous. I needed an oil change and an inspection as well as I had a warning light on. Frank Goergen and his team were quickly able to diagnose the issue and give me an estimate as well as perform the service to my wife’s vehicle in a timely fashion. Everything was explained in great detail and I highly recommend them to anyone that needs any service performed on their vehicle.
