Excellent, excellent, excellent My 2007 Hyundai Sonata's engine would start only occasionally yesterday, and when it did start, it stopped within minutes. I called AAA, they came and had a look, and said it had absolutely nothing to do with the battery, which they felt was in fine condition. They told me to keep the engine on and battery charging for half an hour, which I did. Service on Vehicle I had my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe sports vehicle in for its 5000 mile interval service. As always I was greeted by Dave Bedian in the service section.. He explained what was to be done and it would take approximately 1 hr to complete. About 1 hr my vehicle was done and I was on my way.

First service visit My first service visit for my 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe XL was very good. Brian Secord, the service person who received me, was very personable and knowledgeable. He gave me pointers on why my phone was dropping calls Service was pretty quick and efficient, price was good too.

Lia Hyundai sucks in wanting to help others. I leased a Hyundai electric Ioniq EV from a different dealership and was passing through Albany on a road trip. I was really low on my charge and decided to stop at Lia Hyundai (Albany). When I showed up to try and charge, two sales guys were rude as anything. They told me: since I did NOT lease my car from them (FYI - they did not, and do not, have the car in stock), I could not use their charger. I told them that I was really low in charge and in need. Came into the Lia Hyundai Albany dealership and was greeted by Michael Reaulo. We were there to replace a vehicle that was totaled in an accident and decided to go with a Hyundai because of the great warranty and reliability. Unfortunately had to be towed in on a Sunday. Monday morning I had a voicemail from Brian Secord even before I could call to ask about the status of my vehicle. He was consistently and promptly in contact with me every step of the way and was able to complete several unrelated maintence tasks for me while my vehicle was there. Thanks, Brian!

Excellent service from Brian Secord in Service First, I bought my car through another dealer, somewhat far away from my home and thought I had to have all of my service done there. I got a notice regarding a recall on my car and happened to call Lia and they had me come right in and Brian and I hit it off immediately. He is a wonderful person, very friendly professional, calls me with updates as to what is going on with another camera issue that I was having.
