Excellent Experience Lynne Woods and AJ did a great job at helping me achieve a new vehicle!! inspection I had a very pleasant experience at Lia. The representative, David Bedian was very helpful and at all times courteous. He answered my questions and helped me to understand why my car did not yet need new headlamps (it's a 2016). The wait was not as long as expected even though I stopped in without an appointment when I realized my inspection was due.
I was sold a useless extended warranty from Lia Although I have purchased several cars from Lia, I never will again. i was sold a warranty that was useless. Anytime, my car needed service I was ignored until I finally went to another company and traded the car away so I wouldn't have to deal with them. I would never do business with Lia again or send anyone else there.
Tires Just In Time I had originally come in to have my windshield washer motor fixed, but it needed to be replaced. The part was ordered, but I needed to come back in. I had also requested the estimate for snow tires. Needless to say I returned this past Monday, and had the necessary repair completed and had four snow tires mounted and balanced along with an alignment. Just in time for the storm. Frank was extremely professional and friendly as he always is, and kept me informed of the status of the work that was being done.
jim was great to workwith Jim Sadlemire was extra friendly and extremely helpful during my recent leasing of a 2019 Santa Fe. i received the best deal I thought possible. Jim B.
Fast and friendly My car went to these twice for the same problem and Brian Secord did an amazing job with communicating and making sure the problem was completely resolved. If any thing happens to my car again I want it to be in his hands.
