Superior Service I always receive excellent service at Lia Hyundai. This was my first experience with Frank Goergen and it was excellent. He listens and gives full attention. When it is complete, he goes over each matter you brought up to him. Great.
Excellent experience! I was greeted by my service agent Brian Secord. Very pleasant! I was in for an oil change and tire rotation and was expecting to be there for over two hours. I was in and out in just over one hour. Very pleased with my experience-this was my second visit so far. Both and very smoothly!
Informative Brian Secord kept me advised as to what was going on with my vehicle and the vibration in the front end. The problem was corrected and feel very confident with the service I get as have not had this type of service where I bought the vehicle.
Above and Beyond Every experience I have had with this service department has been great! But this time my service rep, Frank Goergen, went above and beyond for me. I had to make it to work and my car would not be done in time so Frank set up someone to drive me to work and pick me back up so I could get my car! Highly recommend this place!
Brian Secord always goes out of his way! I brought my car in for service and needed a loaner. I was told on the phone that I would have to wait for my vehicle because there were no available cars. When I got there, Brian recognized me from previous service and from calling and found me a loaner. He always goes above and beyond, no matter what.
Service Had scheduled oil change ,Ed informed me that front end was starting to get out of align not bad but he knew I was going to be traveling and made me aware of it. Had alignment and rotation done@ price quoted an in very timely manner.have always been treated well by Lia service dept.
Exceptional service Frank Goergen took care of me and has done so before and always is courtesy and explains what I need done. I always bring bring my car to be services there and have always had outstanding service.
Good, Professional Service Dave took care of the items that I came in to have serviced. He is professional and knows his stuff. As he is expected to do, he advised me on additional service items that were appropriate for my car's mileage. Being short on time that day, I asked him to prioritize those additional items and authorized work on what would fit into the time availability that I had.
