service department and manager cant to their job right When I was looking to buy my car the sales associates were friendly and helpful, of course cuz they wanted my money, which they did get. I had one issue with my brand new car about a year after bought it. I brought it in and it was never fixed. With what they did they caused another issue with my car. Got a good deal on 2 Elantras. Manager Chris went the extra mile to try to correct an issue. I appreciate his effort. Got a nice matching set of Elantras for the wife and I that we got a good deal on.
He is dedicated He is a very knowledgeable and friendly man. He was determined to make sure that my family and I were safe in the vehicle I financed. In the end, I really felt like it wasn't about the numbers but my overall satisfaction.
Review I received a text from Desitin two hours prior to my test drive appointment to ensure that I was expected. The weather was icy and cold but the the Elantra SEL was on and warm for us prior to my test drive. The sales process was painless and very satisfying. Amazing The service was fanomal from the moment I walk throught the door. I was greeted by Desitin Baker , the salesmen that sold me in the car, he was polite and very helpful.
