Satisfied customer James Acosta was an excellent salesman, because of the way he worked with us we decided to buy 2 vehicles and not just one. The only thing we wished had been discussed better was the financing costs of the vehicle including more mileage. Had we known it was a difference of about $8 we would had chosen at least 36000 on each vehicle.
Very good experience Lenox Wright was the salesperson I worked with. He was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive. Everything went smoothly and he worked with Adam the sales manager to get us a very good price. I will add that the pricing to begin with was fair and in line with Edmunds and other dealers locally. The finance office promptly arranged for the plate transfer, registration, insurance card, and loan and I had the car the next day. Randy in the finance office was also very courteous and helpful.
Good service I went to Lia Hyundai after I became fed up with a dealership nearby. The staff was courteous and professional. The salesperson was patient, dealing with me for two months until I selected and was ready to buy a car.
Review Harris was very nice to work with, understood what I wanted and worked with my price range and other than the incident with the remote starter not being included as they said it would, the overall car buying process was not stressful. He took his time explaining things and answering my many questions.
