Mike was terrific! I told him I had to drive back to New Jersey and he had my car serviced and done in 1 hour. He was very courteous, and it was a pleasure having him as my service person. I am always pleased with the Lia Hyundai Dealership.

My experience at this dealership was awful. My salesperson wouldn’t answer my questions and would be evasive with answers when I asked for updates on my car when they didn’t make the promised delivery date. The finance department didn’t answer any of my questions and never responded to my emails. The manager also disregarded my email, called in the window that I asked him not to, and then didn’t get me the totals in time for me to get the cashier’s check from my bank. Mike Carpenter, service associate, is always wonderful. They all know me as I have a 2015 Genesis and have come there always. My only issue is NOT getting a Loaner when I have work done, as was promised when car was purchased. This has occurred in the last 2 years. Everyone is competent and pleasant. Too many people have left employment there so I am there longer than most (??)
