The first evening there, we were able to test drive the vehicle we traveled an hour to see. No one would talk deal as they all seemed like they want to go home. Tried to purchase the car two days later and all they could do is give us the run around. Another dealer sold us a car two days after that, the way all dealers should behave!

Brian Secord is a excellent representative for Lia Hyundai. He explained all the information needed for my service and took care to give me the discounts that I had and then some. He is very knowledgeable and I am very thankful that I had him as my service representative. When I. bring my car back I am hoping I get him again. you are fortunate to have him as a staff member.

Probably one of the fastest in and outs I've had there. Most likely thanks to Kimberlee Gimondo. It was perfect, almost too perfect. I think I'd like to go back and have them mess it up a bit. Haha. Seriously though, I've been coming to this dealership for years and the honest and great service is why I keep coming back.

I have had my car since 2010 and will drive the 45 minute drive to have it serviced at Lia. As usual the service I needed was done in a timely manner and Tim Frank was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional in explaining what needed to be done. I am always completely satisfied and know my car will be in good hands.

I went to have my car appraised because they are advertising up to 25% more than your cars value. It is more like offers of 25% less than your vehicles value. KBB has it listed at a 19k trade in value, Carmax gave me an offer for 16,400. Lia offered 15k, so if you are looking to sell or trade in your car you should not go to Lia unless you want to be low-balled by Harris, because they have to make a few bucks too, and they can always find the same car but newer with less miles.
