Brian Secord, my service advisor, was just great. He was very busy and it looked like they were short. Brian got me in and out quicker than I expected. He remained friendly and professional throughout. I can't say enough good things about this dealership - everyone is always very nice and my service visits are always pleasant. Terrible service department. Used to be great! Called to have a tire looked at on my 2021 Santa Fe Calligraphy (2nd car bought from Lia). One tire is losing air regularly and service department said the can’t get me in for 3 weeks! xxx !! Unacceptable since I’m using the car for a trip sooner than that! Even explained that to service xxxxx and all she had for me was “sorry, that’s the best I can do” Screw you Lia! Service is your money maker and you’ve lost me for future sales and service!

Day 17 that they have had my car to fix the same problem a second time. Told me the issue was the battery and charged me about $200 for a new one. Though I thought the problem was the starter, I wrongly assumed they knew more than me. That first time took 14 days to get the vehicle back. 3 days later I had the same issue. Not surprised. The Service Manager responded to one of my negative ratings asking me to contact him. Called around 3:45 and told he was gone for the day. No wonder it's taking so long to get my car repaired. 17 days today with 0 communications FROM service.
Worst service ever. A month ago I had my 2018 Tucson (which I bought from them) towed there because it would not start. 2 weeks later they finally looked at it and told me the issue was the battery and installed a new one. 3 days later I hav3 the same issue with the car not starting. I had the vehicle towed back there and have been waiting 2 weeks to have it looked at. Called and was told they didn't know when they would be able to get to it. I arrived at the dealership at the appointed time and was greeted by Laura Traudt, a service writer. While she entered the required information into the computer the service manager Ronald Draves stopped to introduce himself and to see the all was going smoothly. He then escorted me to a new SUV loaner car. At the end of the day I returned and received my car. a perfect service appointment. It's also nice to stop in any time and receive a courtesy car wash.

I just got stopped by a NYS Trooper to let me know that my drivers side brake light was out. So since I was close I decided to go over to the dealer to get it taken care of. They were busy and I didn't have an appointment but Brian Secord was able to get me in and out in a short amount of time. I was very appreciative. This is my 3rd Sonata from Lia, so obviously I am very satisfied with the service I receive here.
