I brought my daughter's car in for a recall notice. Scott Valet was the technician that took care of me, and he couldn't have been nicer. He got me in on time, explained what needed to be done and answered all my questions. The car was ready within minutes of the timeframe I was given, and with no "surprises". I have had some unpleasant experiences at other dealership service departments. Not so here, thank goodness! Thank you, Scott, for making this my first ever positive experience with a dealer service department.

Timothy Frank was very professional, explained in detail what was needed for my vehicle, the cost and the time it would be completed, I am very satisfied with the professionalism, manners and he kept his word, I have had my vehicle serviced three times so far at this facility and I have been very happy with the service that I received, Timothy is a gentleman and cares about the people he services, I also appreciated how he interacted with his coworkers, he is a team player and that goes a long way.
Michael Carpenter was very professional and friendly. Just wish there were more of a selection for refreshments and snacks since most of us wait 2-3 hrs minimum for service and have no choice but to wait at the dealership.

This will be our second time leasing a vehicle from Lia Hyundai, and again we have had a great experience. Caitlyn was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We never felt swayed or pressured into anything. We are now driving a 2023 Kona and we love it!
I brought my 2020 Hyundai Venue to Lia because there had been a recall. Michael Carpenter was the person who checked me in and very thoroughly explained what was going to be done and how long it would probably take. He was very professional and I was very satisfied. The waiting room was clean and very comfortable and offered a variety of coffees and teas. Repairs were done in just about the predicted time and my car enjoyed a free wash!
Had a great experience at Lia Hyundai, Claudio Montano had me test driving the car I came to see quickly and made the whole process smooth and efficient!
