Everyone was very helpful and able to answer all my questions. My sales person, Cassandra led me right through everything. She made the whole process very easy. Thats my second car purchased here and probably won't be my last.

The facility itself is the best and most modern I've ever been in. The service and information was professional, instructive, and made myself and my car feel important led by Mr. Michael Carpenter. I had a lot of work to get done and Mr. Carpenter kept me informed and updated on the necessary work to be done. Lia Hyundai has a top notch operation.

From start to finish service was great! My service advisor Mike Carpenter was friendly and informative and completely explained my service package. I’ve been to places that constantly try to sell me services I don’t need but this was not the case at all. Extremely happy with the service.

John King did a very nice job. All was taken care of for the service of my vehicle. The wash job however, could have been a bit better. My back window was only half washed.
