I recently leased a new Hyundai Tucson at Lia Hyundai. This was my 6th vehicle purchased or leased from Lia and I always service my vehicles there. I’ve had exceptional service there and especially my most recent experience with Karen Kingsley. She was knowledgeable, personable and she made my experience painless.

Worst car buying experience. They kept telling me for a whole week that I was approved. They did like 10 hard pulls on my credit and later I was denied for loan. Then they put all the blame on my credit profile. Why the f@%€ was I approved for first 4 time if I was to be denied later. So frustrating. Btw sales guy was super nice.
