Terrible experience in leasing. First they tried to bait and switch a special they were offering. I took a screen shot of their special and when I mentioned it to them the price was changed on their website. The sales manager was upset that I had provided the screen shot and agreed to the original deal. Everything was supposedly fine until it was time to pick up the car. They said that the credit check was never ran and when they ran it the day of pickup we did not qualify. But no courtesy call that there were any issues. ST... read more
I bought my first vehicle from the Albany dealership in 2022, from the first service my vehicle needed up until yesterday I have dealt with Timothy Frank, he is so easy to talk to, he explains everything very thoroughly, he walked me around my car explaining what was going to be done and approximately how long it would take, brought me to the counter and checked for any recalls , explained the cost and in detail the service that was going to be provided. I walked in with nothing in my head about even buying anything from Hyundai. Great service while trying to purchase a car. Claudio and Anthony were both extremely helpful, both were super professional and accommodating of the issues I was experiencing. Both handled their system issues superbly, and I came out (after a long process due to extenuating reasons) with a car and very pleased with the service I got :)

Beautiful dealership. I was paired with a new, training salesman, Jomar Irizarry, he was professional and pleasant, as you would expect from a salesman. He was lacking in some of the infomation for the model I was inquiring about, but I think with more experience, he'll make a great salesman. That did not detract from my experience, and he was up front with me about being new, which was appreciated.
