I wasn’t sure if I was going to buy a car but Wayne Hopwood was so pleasant and told us all about the car and that’s how I purchased a car.

Service department is horrible - will never answer the phone and they are the most dishonest people I've ever met. Don't buy cars here and don't get it service here.

The service dept. was courteous and quick to diagnose the problem with my car. They were quick to provide me with a loaner car, and they repaired my car in a timely fashion. While I was there I made a deal to purchase a 2023 Palisade. It never would have happened without the professionalism of the sales manager, Anthony Blancha. and Wayne Hopwood. Hats off to Lia.

I needed to get 2 recalls fixed on my car, along with my inspection and emissions. Scott Valet was my service advisor. He was very pleasant and accommodating. The guy who fixed my recalls had three other recommended items I should get fixed. Scott told them to me but never pushed or "salesman" me about them. He only politely told me I could call him anytime to set up an appointment to get those things done. Because of the way Scott treated me, I will definitely take my car to Lia Hyundai for my future repairs and services.
