I have been buying vehicles at Lia Hyundai for over 16yrs. I keep coming back because of their service department and service advisor, Brian Secord. Brian is very professional and very thorough when explaining service performed and service required.
From the moment Daniel Louer was introduced to us, i.e my wife, David & I, it was clear that we were in for a surprise. He made us change our mind from purchasing a used car that was our original intention, to settling for a 2021 Kona SEL. He made our visit so exceptional that one would think that the transactionwas purely an online transaction. He win 3 hearts😊

This was my first experience with Lia Hyundai in Albany and worked with Brian Secord the service advisor. He was professional and explained everything thoroughly and was honest, informative, and helpful. It was a very nice experience especially on a Saturday morning!
Was in for an oil change. Timothy Frank helped sigh me in and go over y service records. He was very courteous, friendly and helpful. I was out faster than what was estimated.
I am well satisfied with the service I got from Ronald Draves at 945 Central Ave. I was able to wait for my car and it was ready ahead of schedule. With the pandemic concern I was glad to be able to get in and out very efficiently and professionally. Good job Ron!!
