My service advisor, Chris Grasso, was helpful in coordinating my oil change. My only disappointment was that although I had more than $90 in Lia Rewards cash, I couldn't use it if I used a coupon sent to me. The reason given was that there was only one line on the work order for discounts, and Lia Rewards Cash isn't cash, it is a discount.

I purchased my now 18 yr old Honda Accord at Lia Honda and have never had it serviced any where else. Jon Ayala was my service advisor last week. He explained every service procedure my car needed in detail and answered all of my questions. He also updated me frequently on the service progress. We have been a customer of Lia Honda for over 20 years. We service all our Honda's at the service department. We just purchased another vehicle - a 2022 CRV from Barry Weiss (Sales Associate). Over the years, I have gotten to know a few service advisors. There are two advisors that I go to when I have an appointment. Kira Bueti and Jon Ayala have been most helpful and caring about my cars. They have never steered me wrong. They never push to get work done on my cars. They are always pleasant and courteous.
