Lia Honda is always willing to help. I went in once with a "low tire pressure" light on and they quickly checked all the tire pressure and shut off the warning light for me! I did not have an appointment, but was nervous to continue driving my car. I went in last week for an oil change, and Kevin Feldman was very helpful. I highly recommend Lia Honda for your next purchase or service!

After my 2021 CRV with less than 10000 miles died as I was getting off highway Sunday afternoon. AAA towed the car to Lia. I spoke to Kira Bueti early that Monday to let her know reason car was there. She called me back by end of day as promised and was apologetic that there was no real reason for what happened. My service advisor, Chris Grasso, was helpful in coordinating my oil change. My only disappointment was that although I had more than $90 in Lia Rewards cash, I couldn't use it if I used a coupon sent to me. The reason given was that there was only one line on the work order for discounts, and Lia Rewards Cash isn't cash, it is a discount.
