We have been a customer of Lia Honda for over 20 years. We service all our Honda's at the service department. We just purchased another vehicle - a 2022 CRV from Barry Weiss (Sales Associate). Over the years, I have gotten to know a few service advisors. There are two advisors that I go to when I have an appointment. Kira Bueti and Jon Ayala have been most helpful and caring about my cars. They have never steered me wrong. They never push to get work done on my cars. They are always pleasant and courteous. I took recently purchased used CRV for maintenance visits and a check engine light issue. Solid service, check engine light resolved with free replacements due to a Honda recall - sometimes on service visits they push some items beyond normal maintenance schedule so I have to insist on doing what I need rather than all the extras - but everything else has been good.

I went to Lia Honda for maintenance and I have to say it was the best experience. My service advisor Kira Bueti was absolutely amazing and helpful. She was friendly and helpful along the way. Used my extended warranty for the first time and she was very helpful in the process and patient. Would recommend her to anyone. Had an amazing service! Thank you.
