My brand new vehicle with 800 miles had a "stuck button". I brought the vehicle in to make an appointment and service took it in without an appointment. I had the vehicle back in 30 minutes. My service advisor was very understanding and apologized for the trouble. I was pleased with the service.

This local dealership has greatly expanded since I owned my last Honda many years ago. Anthony Esemplare was very helpful, as was the rest of the Lia Honda staff, in facilitating the purchase of my 2023 Ridgeline. The sale/trade-in process was up front and straightforward.

A week after purchasing our Pilot we experienced a very rocky period of the car not starting in NYS, and, also when we drove to Florida for the winter. Upon reaching our destination in Port Charlotte, Florida, once again the vehicle would not start, and, had to be towed to the local Honda dealership.. Lia Honda is always willing to help. I went in once with a "low tire pressure" light on and they quickly checked all the tire pressure and shut off the warning light for me! I did not have an appointment, but was nervous to continue driving my car. I went in last week for an oil change, and Kevin Feldman was very helpful. I highly recommend Lia Honda for your next purchase or service!

After my 2021 CRV with less than 10000 miles died as I was getting off highway Sunday afternoon. AAA towed the car to Lia. I spoke to Kira Bueti early that Monday to let her know reason car was there. She called me back by end of day as promised and was apologetic that there was no real reason for what happened.
