The sales team at Lia Honda of Brewster was exceptional in our pursuit of a new vehicle. Test drove a few models and we were not pressured to buy either of them. Worst experience I have had at a dealership. AJ was very rude and the manager Norman was just as rude. I work in customer service, and you do NOT treat your customers as I was treated. I went into lia of Brewster to purchase a car. NOT to only look. AJ was very nasty to me after I was quoted a price over the phone from Irene. This woman quoted me what is listed on the website.
