The service at Lia Honda Is consistently excellent. On my last visit John Ayala was my customer service representative and he was phenomenal. I had a number of things I needed done and some questions to be answered. He took care of everything even though it was late in the day, and did all with a smile.

Nick Pogact was there to greet me when I pulled into Lia Honda of Brewster for a recall on my 2019 Honda CR-V. Repair done in less time than expected and I even got an exterior car wash. Nice experience overall!

Takes forever to make appointments for them to fix their own recalls.. they say they're going to call you back but never do And then it's impossible to get a hold of them.

Brewster Honda always takes care of me! Their service is very thorough, yet never takes as long as i would expect. PLus... free donuts and cakes in the waiting room! Judy Deems took really good care of me. Highly recommended!
