I highly recommend Laura, after being in agonising pain in my neck, shoulder and arm I put the level of pain as 20 out of 10!!,, I am now in no pain after 3 sessions. Laura explains what she is doing and what has caused this pain, for me it looked like a trapped nerve in my neck, the exercises to do between sessions are easy to follow, I will be going back for some more sessions but these will be to hopefully stop it happening again. The treatment room is so calming and comfortable and Laura immediately puts you at ease.
Simply amazing, what a feeling coming back from this. Felt mobile again and all my muscles stretched,worked an re energised again. Excellent prices.
