I just purchased my first car ever from Lexus of Watertown (Lexus UX)! Being a first time buyer, Ussa (Ujwal) was phenomenal. He was very attentive and tried to understand what I would be needing the car for and made recommendations based on my needs, instead of trying to sell me more expensive packages or models. He brought up important concerns (like safety and usage) when I was selecting colors and packages. He also made sure I was satisfied after the purchase by following up with how my new car was driving!
I leased my new 2019 Lexus RX350. This is my 7th leased Lexus from this dealership (including two for my daughter) and every time it was a great experience. Ujwal Pradhananga was my sales person this time and he was fantastic. So easy to deal with Ujwal as was in the past, very accommodating and a nice person to deal with. The dealership and sales person (Ujwal) made sure I will be returning for my next car again to them. EXCELLENT job and experience in leasing car.
